FAQs

• What material is used for printing?

  We print all prints as standard on ILFORD Galerie Smooth Pearl, 330g pearlescent art paper. Alternatively, we also offer acid-free fine art paper (100% cotton, glossy baryta structure). In this case, please contact us directly. 

• What sizes can be printed?

  We offer all prints of the following A-series.

  • A3 (297 x 420 mm) optionally with 20 mm white border
  • A2 (420 x 594 mm) optionally with 30 mm white border
  • A1 (594 x 841 mm) optionally with 50 mm white border
  • A0 (841 x 1189 mm) optionally with 50 mm white border

  Custom sizes and frame options are available on request. For more information, please contact us directly.

• What types of frames are available?

  We use 22mm wide frames in the colors matt black and pure white. Please note, all prints that are framed come WITHOUT glass. 

• We do NOT use glass for framed prints.

  All prints that are framed are delivered WITHOUT glass. Glass almost always causes unwanted reflections, which are disturbing, which is why we have decided to supply all framed works without glass. 

• Can I use my own frame?

  Yes, of course. For the print to fit perfectly, only the final format has to be the same. 

• How long does it take until I receive my order?

  Each work is printed to order and framed if necessary. Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery of all orders within Austria. International orders may take 7 to 14 days for delivery. You can check the status of your order at any time .

• Which countries do you ship to?

  We deliver to all EU countries. You can find all details about delivery costs here. If you are outside the EU, please contact us directly.

• What does shipping cost me?

  The actual shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size of the order and the country of delivery:

  • Austria: from € 5,90
  • Germany: from € 14,80
  • Other EU countries: from € 19.80

• Can I return my order?

  Each order is customized to your needs and printed on-demand, so we cannot take back orders. Of course, in the event of transport damage or production errors, we will replace the order 100% and you will receive a replacement. You can find all further information on the right of withdrawal here.

  Utilization

  • The prints are intended for private use. You may use the product freely, e.g. hang it up, give it as a gift or sell it on privately.
  • The prints may also be used for commercial purposes, e.g. exhibitions or decoration in business premises.
  • Digital copies of the prints may not be distributed, published or passed on online. The license applies exclusively to the use of the **physical original**.

  Warnings / safety information

  • Do not use products as toys for children.
  • Store the prints in a dry place away from direct sunlight to avoid color changes.
