The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. If you cancel the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (6 years).

Disclosure of data to third parties

In order to fulfill our contractual obligations and to properly process your order, we pass on personal data to third parties in the following cases:

  • Payment processing: In order to process payments, your payment data (e.g. credit card information, name, billing address) will be transmitted to payment service providers such as PayPal, Stripe or other providers selected by you. This is done exclusively for the purpose of payment processing. The data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of contract).
  • Shipping: To ship your order, your name, delivery address and, if applicable, your telephone number will be forwarded to our shipping service providers (e.g. Post, DPD, DHL, etc.). This data transfer serves exclusively to deliver the goods and is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
  • Printing & fulfillment: For print-on-demand products, your order information (product details, delivery address, print data if applicable) may be forwarded to our contracted print shop or fulfillment partner. This is necessary in order to produce and send your individually ordered product. This data processing is also carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

All third-party providers are contractually obliged to use your data exclusively for the provision of the respective service and not to pass it on to unauthorized third parties. Your data will not be passed on or sold beyond this.
