Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase contract for a print from cookcorner within 14 days without giving reasons.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform cookcorner (info@cookscorner.art, Unterauer Straße 75, 3370 Ybbs an der Donau) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. e-mail or letter). You can voluntarily use the attached sample withdrawal form.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the deadline expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred if you have chosen a delivery method other than standard delivery), immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
You must return the received goods to cookscorner immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods in good time. The direct costs of the return shipment are borne by you as the buyer.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Prints that are individually produced according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to your personal needs. As these products are created especially for you, a revocation after the start of production is excluded.
- Prints whose production has already started. As soon as we have started the print job for your print, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. This applies in particular to the printing, cutting or framing of the motif.
- Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection if the packaging has been opened after delivery (relevant e.g. for certain materials or glass frames with protective film).
Note: You will be expressly informed before the purchase and during checkout that customized prints are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Please note this regulation before you complete the order.
