Cancellation policy for prints

As all prints (whether framed or unframed) that are ordered from us are printed individually according to your specifications and made especially for you, there is no right of withdrawal for these products once production has begun.

Ordering a print (framed or unframed) from cookscorner means that you are commissioning us to produce a customized product. This production is made especially for you and is tailored to your order, which is why a revocation is unfortunately no longer possible after conclusion of the contract.

Exception

Cancellation is only possible if the product arrives faulty or damaged. In this case, please contact us immediately so that we can solve the problem as quickly as possible.

A product is considered defective if it has production defects, e.g:

  • Damage (print or frame) during printing or transportation
  • Incomplete or faulty printing
  • Proof of a defect

To make a complaint, you must send a detailed description of the defect and meaningful photos by email or contact form within 14 days of receiving the product. After examination, a suitable solution will be offered, e.g. a new production or refund. If the product is delivered faulty or damaged, cookscorner will provide a replacement free of charge.

cookscorner will provide you with a return label for faulty products. The costs for this will be borne by cookscorner, provided that the complaint has been confirmed by cookscorner.
